I started working with Excel Electric Technologies, a local electrician in Chicagoland after I reached out for some home electrical services. The owner saw my email signature mentioning Digital Marketing Consulting and he was curious about some website optimizations. To kickstart our efforts, we initiated an in-depth SEO audit to identify critical areas for improvement. This resulted in extensive keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO enhancements.

We also beefed up their local presence by optimizing their Google My Business & Bing Places for Business profiles, allowing them to stand out in local search results. Local SEO for any business can be tough, but in a busy area like Chicagoland it gets even tougher. Luckily the work Excel Electric does speaks for itself. They were looking for ways to boost their presence in their service area and the SEO audit I performed should really help with that.

Solution

They are currently rebuilding their website with a new look and feel. While that is happening I am helping to boost local visibility with a QR code business card to improve reviews on Google. As soon as the new site is ready to go live I will continue to consult on on-page & off-page + technical SEO optimizations to ensure they continue to rank for competitive electrician terms in Chicagoland.
